Two of these films were created during my studies in Sweden in 2002. The animated short film "The Letter" was my first experience in artistic animation, but "Grandad's Honey" is my diploma work and also my first experience working with paint on glass directly under the camera. Music and sound design by Ģirts Bišs.
In 2004 I created my first professional animated short film "Bezmiegs" (Insomnia). Music and sound design by Ģirts Bišs.
"Zudusi Sniega"(Lost in Snow) is animated short film produced in cooperation with AniMera AB (Sweden) in 2007. Music for the film was composed by Normand Roger, sound design by Pierre Yves Drapeau in collaboration with Denis Chartrand.
In 2009 LUNOHOD animation studio has released first its own project - animated short film "Spārni un Airi" (Wings and Oars). Thousands of drawings, painted by watercolour... Music for the film was composed by Pierre Yves Drapeau and Normand Roger in collaboration with Denis Chartrand.
